By using Tenet Wifi ("Service"), You (User or Users) are consenting to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Tenet Communications, LLC ("Company") reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, that business also accepts these terms. Violation of any of the terms below may result in the termination of your account or further legal action if deemed necessary.

 

Account Terms

1. Tenet Communications, LLC is a Subscription Service that enables the use of our Tenet Communications, LLC Dashboard & associated installation methods (Tenet Guest Wifi, Unifi admin console & Unifi cloud Integrations) regardless of activity or use.

2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting us at support@tenetwifi.com.

4. You shall be responsible for necessary preparations at each Location(s) for delivery and installation of Tenet Communications, LLC Hardware that is required to be capable of using our service effectively. The Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this setup requirement. Which include:

   1. Having established WiFi access available to patrons

   2. Have existing compatible hardware

      1. Router, Modem, Third-party Access Point(s)

   3. That is compatible with our Unifi Wireless Access Point product line using Ethernet ports

5. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that ensues under your account (even in the event of content published by others who have their logins under your account).
   You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

6. All information provided. Such as full names, email addresses, company names, and any additional information requested to complete the signup process is verifiable, accurate, and correct. You agree to update your information as necessary; to keep the account accurate.

7. You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.

8. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in the country in which you live when you access and use the Services. You agree to use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law; and in a manner that does not violate our legal rights or those of any third party.

9. The Service is not for users under 18 years of age. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms

Failure or refusal by Customer to be ready to receive Services shall not release you from the obligation to pay Service Charges for any Services that would otherwise be available for Customer’s use. Refunds are subject to all Tenet Communications, LLC-owned hardware returned to the address provided by Tenet Communications, LLC.

1. If you require continued service, you will only be able to continue using the Service by paying in advance for additional usage on either a Monthly or Annual basis. Failure to pay for further usage will result in your account being frozen, and your network will be unavailable until payment is made.

2. Any upgrade or downgrade in plan level will result in the new plan rate starting from the next billing cycle. There will be no prorating for downgrades in between billing cycles.

3. Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of features or capacity of your account. Tenet Communications, LLC does not accept any liability for such loss.

4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties. Where required, we will collect those taxes on behalf of the taxing authority and remit those taxes to the taxing authorities.

5. Once payment for a Subscription has been made to Tenet Communications, LLC, except as stated in this section, we will not be required to refund past Subscription payments unless specified in this section.

Cancellation, Hardware Returns, Termination

1. You are solely responsible for canceling your account. You can cancel your account by contacting Tenet Communications, LLC at support@tenetwifi.com to schedule a phone call to request the cancellation.

2. You are responsible for any and all fees associated with the return of hardware and related components. A request to cancel without the return of hardware will not cease your billing cycle. All hardware must be returned to Tenet Communications, LLC through the return instructions after which point your account will be cancelled. The proper disposition of any Tenet Communications, LLC Hardware that is not returned to, or recovered by Tenet Communications, LLC will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and must be in accordance with applicable laws. The preceding Customer obligations will survive the termination of Service.(i) all of your content and data will be inaccessible from the Service immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all content will be permanently deleted from backups and logs.(ii) this information can not be recovered once it has been permanently deleted. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take effect immediately, and you will not be charged again. Please note there will not be any prorating of unused time for the previous billing cycle(iii) the Company in its sole discretion has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Service for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account. Tenet Communications, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

1. Tenet Communications, LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without prior notice.

2. Prices of all Services are subject to change. Such notice may be provided at any time, including but not limited to publishing the changes to the Company website or the Service (Dashboard) itself.

3. Any upgrade or downgrade in plan level will result in the new rate being charged at the next billing cycle. There will be no prorating for downgrades in between billing cycles.

4. The Company shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Copyright and Content Ownership

1. All content posted on the Service must comply with U.S. copyright law as well as copyright regulations in the country in which you live when you access and use the Service

2. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. All materials uploaded remain yours.

3. Tenet Communications, LLC does not pre-screen content but reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or remove any content available via the Service.

4. The look and feel of the Service are copyright Tenet Communications, LLC. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without express written permission from the Company.

5. By supplying information to, communicating with, and or placing material on the Service. For example, using a service feature (Captive Portal) or filling out a Feedback survey of Service. You represent and warrant that:(i) you have all necessary rights or own Submitted Content(ii) all information you provide is true, accurate, and current(iii) all information you provide does not violate these Terms & Agreement(iv) your Content will not cause injury to any person or entity.

6. You grant Tenet Communications, LLC, its affiliates, and related entities a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, copy, modify, display, archive, store, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works from your Content in any form, media, software, or technology of any kind now existing or developed in the future. You grant us the right to use your Content for any purpose, including but not limited to developing marketing products using such information. All rights in this section are accepted; without the need for any additional compensation to you.

7. If you choose to provide Feedback, comments, or suggestions for improvements to the Services or otherwise (in written or oral form) (“Feedback”), you represent and warrant that:(i) you have the Legal Right & Authority to disclose the Feedback(ii) feedback does not violate the rights of any other Person or Entity(iii) your feedback does not contain the confidential or proprietary information of any third party or parties.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Technical support is available through email, telephone, and live support.

3. You understand that Tenet Communications, LLC uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.

4. You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service.

5. You must not modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or Tenet Communications, LLC.

6. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use the Service, or access the Service without the express written permission of Tenet Communications, LLC.

7. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

8. Verbal, physical, written, or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Service customer, Company employee, or Officer will result in immediate account termination.

9. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

10. Tenet Communications, LLC does not warrant that:(i) the service will meet your specific requirements;(ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free(iii) the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable(iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations and;(v) any errors in the Service will be corrected.

11. You expressly understand and agree that Tenet Communications, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Tenet Communications, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from(i) the use or the inability to use the service;(ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service;(iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;(iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service;(v) or any other matter relating to the service.

12. The failure of Tenet Communications, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Tenet Communications, LLC and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Tenet Communications, LLC (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Provisions and Wavier

1. Except as otherwise provided herein, the failure of Tenet Communications, LLC to enforce any provision of this Terms & Service Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. Any waiver must be in writing.

2. Tenet Communications, LLC may make changes to these Terms. So they accurately reflect our Service & policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and allow you to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms.

3. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can place a cancellation request with our Support team by emailing support@tenetwifi.com.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Tenet Communications, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all Unifi WAPs. Customers are eligible for a full refund upon returning the product in its original condition. If the product is returned in a condition other than its original state (such as being scratched or damaged on the exterior), a 20% restock fee will be deducted from your refund amount. To request cancellation and utilize the money-back guarantee, customers must notify customer support at support@tenetwifi.com. Customers are responsible for covering the returned shipping costs and must include insurance for the total value of the product(s) during transit. Failure to provide insurance means that in case of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be liable for the replacement value.  A hold for the full value amount of the product(s) will be placed on the customer’s original form of payment until the product is returned. Failure to return the product(s) will result in a charge for the product(s) full value.

Monthly Plan

Customers who subscribe to the monthly subscription can cancel at any time. However, Customers must contact support at support@tenetwifi.com for return instructions prior to the subscription renewal date and are required to return the product(s). Failure to return the product(s) will result in a charge of the current retail value.  If the product is returned in a condition other than its original state (such as being scratched or damaged on the exterior), a 20% restock fee will be charged to you your original form of payment. Customers bear the responsibility of covering the shipping costs back to Tenet Communications, LLC and must ensure to include insurance for the full value of the product(s) during transit. Failure to provide insurance means that in the event of loss or damage during shipment, the customer will be held liable for the replacement value.

Annual Plan

Customers who subscribe to the annual subscriptions, are committed to paying for the entire year. Tenet Communications, LLC does still honor the 30-day money-back guarantee, however Tenet Communications, LLC does not accept pro-rated early cancellation. Customers are responsible for informing Tenet Communications, LLC of their cancellation by contacting support@tenetwifi.com to request cancellation prior to the next annual billing cycle. If the product is returned in a condition other than its original state (such as being scratched or damaged on the exterior), a 20% restock fee.
