Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

If Tenet Communications, LLC is experiencing a large volume of orders, order shipments may be delayed. We ask that you allow additional days in transit for product delivery. If a significant delay of more than 10 business days is expected with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated, displayed and must be paid during checkout. Delivery delays can occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Tenet Communications, LLC cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you provide one of these addresses, we will contact you to provide a new, acceptable shipping address.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 1 business day of receipt of this notification email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Tenet Communications, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If there are additional fees due, you will be contacted directly to pay such fees. Tenet Communications, LLC accepts no responsibility for such customs, duties, taxes or fees.

 

Refunds and Returns

Unifi Wireless Access Points (WAPs)

If a Tenet Communications, LLC product arrives broken or defective, the customer must contact customer support at support@tenetwifi.com for troubleshooting within 5 business days of receiving the product.  If the product is deemed broken or defective by customer service, the customer may request a replacement.
